improve download of large pst files
When an export/download needs to be done in the Security & Compliance Center for a large mailbox due to being on litigation hold (e.g. 30+ GB), the download hangs at the end with just a few items left according to the progress bar. Repeated attempts are made and it still hangs. If I go to the Compliance Management area in the Exchange Admin Center, the data downloads without error. This needs to be fixed before the Compliance Management area in the EAC goes away in July 2017.
I also have had the same issues and while they should fix this to get it to work properly I also think they should add the ability to download the last file that hangs at the end so that even if this issue periodically happens we can still get the mailbox finished.

I continue to notice the long hang at the end as well. My last attempt started on 6/22. 100+GB of emails have been downloaded is <1 day, but it's hanging with about 2GB remaining. On 7/5, the only thing it's doing is creating a 70+MB trace.txt file. This problem doesn't exist in the EAC.
