Allow endusers to access quarantine for shared mailboxes
Currently, only admins can view the quarantine for shared mailboxes. Users are automatically redirected to their own quarantine. I'd love for there to be a default for users who are delegates of a mailbox to have a way to get to the shared mailbox quarantine queue. If they are allowed to view the inbox/folders they should be allowed to control the spam.

This is especially problematic given that not all quarantined emails show up in the daily quarantine summary report for a shared mailbox. If it shows up in the report, owners/users of that shared mailbox can release them, but we have examples of quarantined emails that are not showing up in this report.

Please note that this same request has been duplicated at least three times by others on user voice:

The native PS admin capabilities of quarantine are awesome, but don't make me subject end users to using it to manage what's the in quarantine of shared mailboxes they own.

Generally I think MS does a good job, this however is a total failure to envision how organizations function. Now I have to task a developer with making a ui to allow end users to manage these items and it kills me because I am sure this will get added later making the money spent on the temp fix a total waste of my company's resources.

Bump, yes please. This is certainly a requirement. We have many shared mailboxes used by different support departments. Waiting for a 2am email to release an email is causing us problems.
In my most recent experience, I requested a password reset from an online service, but the reset token expired after 20 minutes. The reset password email was quarantined which I could only release the next day. As such I cannot reset the password

As we have recently engaged EoP and we have multiple users under multiple shared mailboxes, this is a necessity for our organization. Especially when some of the bulk messages being caught are time-sensitive. Unfortunately, the admins cannot spend all day looking for necessary messages, especially when they don't know what they are in the first place.
This would make even more sense for our users who licensed and use only a shared mailbox. They cannot check for quarantined mail for the only mailbox that is monitored.

Bump! Our users are clamoring for this feature. We recently enabled Bulk Mail Filtering, which dramatically increased the amount of mail landing in quarantine.
Shared mailbox users do not currently have any way to check the shared mailboxes quarantine in real-time.
Shared mailbox users currently have to wait for the quarantine notification email to be sent, at a minimum frequency of once per day.
Please provide a method for shared mailbox users to inspect the quarantine of the shared mailbox, and release messages, as needed.

Does Shared Mailboxes/Room/Equipment requires:
1. EOP as a separate licenses to be secured from receiving spam emails?
2. Does it also require a separate licences for the ATP (Attachment/Link scanning in 0365)

Any updates on this would be appreciated.

I agree. Users need the ability to review and release emails.

Totally agree. Given the current limitations of the EOP spam notifications (once daily), it makes sense to provide those with shared mailbox access the ability to review and release emails. Either allow custom notification options, or access to quarantine, ideally both!
