Create a mechanism to wrap an OME Configuration to some/all encrypted emails but not every emai.
"Ensure all external recipients use the OME Portal to read encrypted mail" in the article below is misleading. The instructions lead you to encrypting every outbound external message. It would be nice to ensure external recipients OF ENCRYPTED EMAILS use the OME Portal. Even better, ensure some external recipients (based on criteria like recipient domain) OF ENCRYPTED EMAILS use the OME Portal.
7 votesThe behavior requested is the currently implemented behavior. You can define conditions in the transport rule so it applies to the specified messages only.
See the available conditions here:

OME Configuration
Option to prompt the user to select from a list of OME configurations. We have to set different headers and footers to an email based off the topic. Allowing the user to pick based off the email classification.
3 votesThis is possible today by using sensitivity labels (user selects a label and transport rule applies the right OME configuration based on the label).

folder level default labels should be available
The ability to apply a default label at the document library level is great, It would be extremely powerful if you were also able to apply a default retention label at the folder level as well. This would provide more granularity than is currently possible

End User Spam Notifacation - Frequency
Currently we can only have 1 email sent per day notifying the user they have spam in quarantine.
The email is usually sent just after midnight so if the user does not check their quarantine it could be a full 24 hours until the use is notified that they have spam to release.
Could I suggest that at least 3 times per day this email can be sent?
Cheers
761 votesThere are 3 cycles of end-user spam notification within a 24 hour period that start at the following times: 01:00 UTC, 08:00 UTC, and 16:00 UTC

allow quarantined emails to be deleted from the quarantine list for clarity
ability to delete emails in the quarantined queue that were reviewed and are irrelevant . this will make it easier to check the queue over time instead of waiting for the messages to expire.
