Remove meeting room from the location field if the room declines the meeting
If a user creates a meeting and invites a room that is not available (or they are not authorised to book) then the meeting room stays in the location field. As attendees see the declined room they believe that is where the meeting is happening and report that the meeting room has been double-booked. The room has not been double booked, it's just not clear to the attendees that the room declined the invite.

Yes is an issue.
We've had this exact issue countless times and it really does cause issues. If this could be solved I'd be a happy man.

This is something our users are complaining about a lot. It causes a lot of frustration with rooms appearing double booked. Please fix!

This is happening to us to - please fix! Users do not click in to the invite details to see that the room declined.

This happens with our room resources frequently. The user sees the room booked on their calendar and never even looks at the decline message.
