Allow users to create folders within 365 Group Conversations / mailboxes
To really replace Shared Mailboxes our users need to be able to quickly categorize incoming emails and show that actions have been completed by dragging and dropping emails to a named folder in outlook.
For example accounts payable shared mailbox allows any member of the accounts team to drag an invoice email to another folder to show that it has been entered for processing
Thanks to all of you for your feedback on this item. We know that folder creation is still a high priority request from our customers. Please continue to provide your feedback as we assess the priority in relation to other initiatives the Outlook teams have committed. Thank you!
yes please, add this function. In order to handle E-Mails projectwise, a common Folder structure will be essential.
Again, this is an essential function that should have been implemented before shoving 365 groups down our throats, rather than having to patch in and pay for 3rd party add ins. Please implement ASAP.
Without folders, it's too cumbersome for a group to use Groups to organize information.

Please add folders
We were considering using groups to replace a number of our shared mailboxes, but this limitation could prove to be a deal breaker for us. Almost all of our shared mailboxes use folders to some extent, and not having an organization system available will make it more difficult for our users to adopt. I realize we could split this up into more groups, however; we already get many complaints that we have too many Office 365 objects such as mailboxes, distribution groups, etc
Please do so. It is not advisable to create a new group just to sort out Emails

Or make it somehow possible to to group groups emails otherwise, like implementing a tagging feature. In Outlook Online we are able to create "tags" with which to tag an incoming email, defining rules to emails to always get a set of tags etc. And by selecting a Tag, which is shown in the quick nav section, all emails tagged with the specific topic are shown. This would make organization of Emails in Groups much more useable.

I have the same problem with too many emails in a group inbox. It would be very great if there would be the same functionality as in the normal user inbox.
Agree, looking forward to this!

We really need this.

I want to be able to create sub-folders under the inbox of groups so I can organize conversations instead of having them all in the same folder. Need to easily rename, move and delete conversations when that particular project is completed.
The files section in office 365 has gone haywire and is a nightmare for finding resources quickly. This is espcially problematic as I'm a teacher I regularly share resources with students who often have trouble just logging on! I've had loads of complaints from parents who are now unable to help their kids access their homework etc..
Please can it go back to the old system of lists?

The revised layout is shocking and disorganised. Why have a folders option and then show files without folders?! Does not make sense. Bring back the folders....!!!!!
please put back to the original folder structure

This new system is extremely unorganised with muddled up files, please bring back the old folder system. Immediately!
The folder structure is more organised and is suitable for everyone. Bring it back!!
It would be significantly better if we could simply see the folders without having to click Browse Library every time
Not very organised when finding files, thought I had lost important work due to not being in specific folders!
It'd be good if I don't have to click the button to view the folders because I use this for school it means that there's a list of hundreds of files listed and I'd rather see the folders first because that's how a lot of the work is organised in my subject groups.
So if it could be changed back to how it was before that would be a lot more convenient as I don't have to take extra steps to do what was quicker to do before.
So we do not have to click on Browse Library to see the folders! Very annoying!
