Storage Space Details
View to show how much storage space is available and has been used for Office 365 Groups.
Like a file server, we want to be able to see how much storage is in use, by who, and how close we are to running out of space.
There shouldn't be as many steps to show how much storage is left. Especially important when we are syncing up with computers and laptops with small HDD.
Currently, these are the steps...
1. Click on Cog in top right corner of screen.
2. In Settings menu, click on Site settings.
3. Click on Storage Metrics under “Site Collection Administration” heading.
4. Click the top right corner of the screen to see how much storage space you and how much you are using.
It seems clunky and inefficient.
