Create an alert for groups that go empty
When staff leave or transfer departments it can make a group go empty (ie, no members). A concern as no one emailing that group is aware.
I'd suggest an alert option in Security and Compliance to trigger an alert if something happens to make a group become empty.

Allow Admins to Create O365 Group Template For New Groups
Allow Admins to create a Group template that is used whenever a new Group is created. Right now, we have to manually adjust the settings for the document libraries, timezone, site features, site layout, etc. every time we create a new group. It would be great to be able to create a template that preconfigures new groups to whatever specifications we set. E.g., We want east coast time zone, specific columns in our doc libraries, metadata activated, planner and calendar links in left menu, specific quick links pre-set at the top of the site's home page, etc. Having to customize…

Approval message moderation
I think it will be a good idea to have an option to send message to moderators for approval before they are delivered to members of the Office 365 group. Same setup as it exist like in distribution groups.
This cannot be done via mail flow rules (tested with Office 365 support and not working). With mail flow rule, you can setup the rule to forward mails to approval, but the problem is that emails sent to the group are delivered to members regardless of the choice moderators made.

Ability to select language for default language upon a request to create an O365 group site (spo)
Is there a way that we could configure default language for an O365 group site when we request to create a new site?

Add Quick Steps, Quick Parts, and Categories to Office365
Outlook 2016 has 3 features that allow highly efficient handling of email. The office365 does not.
If you would support Quick Steps, Quick Parts, and Categories that would be great.
If you would allow one to synchronize them with an Outlook 2016 desktop application that feature would be worth purchasing the service by itself. This would also allow many Outlook users to migrate to the Office365 services.

Need the ability to lock or disable an O365 Group
Working in a large enterprise, we have governance around the process to create and manage groups. So, we need a way to lock access to the group if the process isn't adhered to.

Create categories or flags for Group e-mails
If you could in someway mark an e-mail for everybody in the group be able to know what happened to each e-mail, it would help a lot the productivity of the group. On large groups, where each e-mail needs to be read and processed, knowing which one was already processed or which one needs more attention or which one you can postpone is very important.

See Group Calendar Meeting Response Comments from Attendees
See Group Calendar Meeting Response Comments from Attendees - When a user responds to a Group Meeting request, we would like a Group conversation to be created to track the responses and related comments, or add the comments to the Group Meeting tracking information.

Notify group members by email when a file is shared
Currently when a file is shared with an Office 365 Group there is no notification to the members that a new file has been shared. This means that you have to browse to the groups Files section and discover these new shared files. When you share directly to an individual that individual is notified by email. I think it should work the same way to Office 365 Group members. It works this way for mail enabled security groups so it should stay consistent and work with Office 365 Groups. Our users have come to expect seeing an email when a…

Add a tab for Calendar to Teams
One of the selling points of Teams is the fact that you get an Outlook calendar. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to access the calendar from the Team...even if you add as a website it doesn't render well at all. Would be great to be able to add a tab called Calendar that renders the Outlook calendar in an easy to use format like what is done for Planner.

Office 365 Group Calendar error with "could not be updated" when displayed in your calendar view and there are greater than 20 members.
Office 365 Group Calendar error with "could not be updated" when displayed in your calendar view and there are greater than 20 members. This a known limitation by Microsoft. The limitation in this case is strictly related to O365 group calendar. If you do a Fiddler trace when opening an O365 group with greater than 20 members, it will display, "There are more users in the distribution list than the allowed size. The allowed size is = 20". Microsoft states this is by design.

Give Tenant admin access to all Office 365 groups
There are 2 situations in which a tenant admin needs to be able to access all groups
1) If a group is private it seems a Tenant admin has no access to it. I can't check to see if a group is actually in use (and therefore whether to delete it or not) without getting the group owner to grant access
2) Allow the Tenant admin to reassign ownership should the group owner leave without appointing a successor

After renaming a Group > immediately set the corresponding SPO site title
Currently the SPO site title will be renamed after a while. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes, sometimes it takes way longer (1-2hours).
This leads to inconsistencies when it comes to user communication. One User is talking about Site "A" the other User is talking about Site "B". But both are talking about the same physical url.
On the other hand it is not understandable for end-users why it takes so long to rename a simple SharePoint Team Site Title.
Another impact is: if you sync a group right after you've renamed it, the OD4B Client will still use the OLD…
