no email notification to o365 group, if file shared from one drive for business

The expiration policy will treat a group is active based on three activities only: SharePoint, Outlook, Teams. How about those activities in Power BI, Planner, Project and Stream? A Office 365 Group can be used without Teams enabled and used for those 4 services only. The group owner will receive the expiration notification email (the email is not mentioning these services at all) and may just delete the group (even it is actively in used in that 4 services). Please include the expiration policy for those activity used in that 4 services.

Would be good to have an option to on/off group management in outlook / OWA. This way companies can use their existing tools / process to manage groups via central tool and not via outlook

Please support "Mark as Read" and "Mark as Unread" in Groups in Outlook 2016. This is not possible and it collides with my default Outlook settings.

To enable automatically rules to suspend/ block access to inactive user which is not signed in for over 30 days to improve security.

Give admins the opportunity to set the default folder within the Group OneDrive where all the uploaded attachments from Office 365 Planner will be saved. Now, all the files go to the root folder - they are unsorted and disorganized (their movement to another folder causes error 404).

I want to use the Outlook Groups app by multi-account.
Because I use three Office 365 accounts for each companies.
Outlook app for Android is useful by Multi-Accounts support.

If there are existing members in a group, the admin has no way to subscribe or unsubscribe them from receiving messages sent to the group.

Our office wished to implement a vacation calendar that would house every employees vacation schedules. However, we would like to disable the automatic notification every member of the group gets when someone adds their vacation/meeting time. Apparently this was implemented earlier, as noted here:

We shipped the ability to add an appointment that is only shown in the groups calendar. The minimum build to get this feature is 16.0.8429.1000, and the flight is now rolling out to Insiders fast, and will rollout to the other channels in the regular cadence over the next few months.

Currently you cannot see a groups calendar on a smartphones default calendar app. With all the people doing lots of email and scheduling tasks on their phone or tablet, it should be basic functionality to see the groups calendars there next to the personal calendars. How can you schedule an appointment if you only have half of the information or need to switch between your personal calendar in the calendar app and group calendar in the groups app?

Saving Outlook Attchement to Teams instead of in Groups only.

Sometimes we need to delete a Group and create a new more relevant group. Can move OneDrive and OneNote content easily enough to the new Group. However, cannot find a way to move the Group conversation (email) - would like to retain this in the new Group for historical reasons.

When you have 10+ Groups its sometimes easy to miss Notificaitons/Conversations. Make OWA so that it Automatically orders the groups by unread notifcations.

Currently in an Office 365 Group, we have 2 libraries:
1 working library
1 publishing library with content approval turned on.

Up until several weeks ago users with edit permissions in the publishing library were able to copy files from the working library into the publishing library. Now they no longer have the permission to do that.
This is a change that has seriously affected our implementation and we desperately need this ability back.
It is not logical that a user with edit permissions should not be able to copy a document from one library to another.
Please fix this!

Using Microsoft Teams and recording company procedures and guidelines on Wiki Tab. We would need content to be locked and only modified by admin.

Please add Microsoft Access to Office 365 for Mac computers. Inhibiting me from work requirements that is available to PC users.
