  1. Group Deletion policy

The current deletion policy process doesn't work. An email is sent to the OWNER(S) of a group every x days forcing them to click a link otherwise the group is deleted. If the group has no owners, then a central address is emailed instead.

However, its possible that the OWNER has left and their account is 'disabled' but still present (for retention purposes). In this situation, the email is sent to the disabled account which cannot respond, and so the group gets deleted because no email is sent to the central address.

  2. Allow adding members during group creation

When you create a group and set the owners, that does not make the owners 'members' of the group, so the group doesn't show up in their Outlook, etc. until you go back into the group and additionally make them members. This would mitigate steps and the potential to forget about going back into the group to add members.

  3. Office365 Video

The uploading video icon is very retro and needs to include the normal info of file size speed and estimated time etc especially as video large files. Can I resume upload if if stopped for some reason?

  4. No more access to edit group's members by user

Since webmail's options have changed, a user can't change anymore the group's members that he owns

Why is it not possible anymore ?
It was very important to myself.

    Thanks
