Prefix email subject with group name when sending messages to group
It would be great to be able to prefix emails sent to a group with the group name (e.g. "[Team Name] Subject of email")
This would allow users to see at a glance what emails have been sent to the group, and/or apply filters to move the messages into a particular folder.
Thanks for posting.
Navigating to a group in Outlook 2016 or OWA left navigation is the premium experience for catching up on conversations in a group context.
If you want to filter email sent to a given group in your inbox, consider using the to:gorupaddress search in Outlook or OWA.
it seems to me using conditional formating in Outlook is kind of partial workaround ..
Does anyone know whether this has been already fixed in Office 365? Like people indicated below, this really useful functionality already exists for ages in other group exchange software sollutions like listserve etc....

Any updates on this request?
Just moved from GSuite to Office 365 and we are missing this functionality.

Completely agree that this would be a great benefit, we're looking to replace mailman with O365 groups and users currently have this experience where the subject is prefixed with the group name as described above.
