We need the complete functionality of the document library includes Ribbon menu and implementation of content types.

Can you give us an idea of which month we can expect O365 Group sites to be 'fully featured' team sites?

We need the full flexibility of standard SharePoint Sites. For example to be able to "Move" files and folders and file versions is a absolute necessity!
