Enable multiple signatures on Outlook 365 online
This should be posted in the Outlook User Voice. We are investigating how to move it. Here is a link: https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/273494-outlook-and-calendar

I have a similar input as the comments below.
Different signatures are needed for our various business areas. Standard MS Outlook offers this, for good reasons, and provides extensive functionality for adding and designing signatures.
So at the moment the work-around is to switch to local Outlook every time, not so ****.
A suitable option in Outlook 365 Business Online would be urgently and highly desirable!
Good luck with the (hopefully) upcoming update!

As everyone else has stated please add an option to have multiple signatures. I have a few companies with different signatures. This is the only thing holding me back for using outlook live.
Not having this as an option is the main the holding me on the older version of Outlook. I wear many hats with several email addresses. One signature does not work for me. Finding templates is a waste of my time. I want to respond and send. Hopefully this will change soon.
We use multiple signature templates depending on who we are sending emails to. Multiple signature function in online Outlook would greatly increase our likelihood of adopting use of it. Without it we have to continue using the local version.

Like all other reactions here, it is a no brainer to have the option of multiple signatures. This is a key function if you ask me, not a nice to have.
It is the most important reason why our customers are not using Outlook web in 2020 and we would like them to use it. Outlook desktop is a pain as well, especially on RDS farms with the need for caching mode and fslogix. Life would be easier when Outlook desktop is not needed anymore.

Use My Templates. You can add as many signatures as you want.

As most have stated - O365 needs the ability to allow users to utilize different signatures.
Ex: If I am originating (creating) an email from scratch, I may want to utilize my formal signature line with Corporate Link, Contact Information, and Title.
If I am simply replying to an email I might simplify with my Name and contact info.
Simple use case. Practical Use.

Why can't the people who develop the desktop app work in tandem with the people who develop up the web app? If combined, Outlook would be one of the best apps ever.
Please enable multiple signatures on office 365 online. I have several businesses and need to use more that 1 signature.
Please enable the capability to have multiple email signatures. I have different roles for multiple organizations, but I use the same email address. It would be helpful if I could select between different email signatures depending on the role I am in.
Very many have different assigments - ie freelancers. And we are on the go. I would like to have the same amount of signatures as the local outlook.
