We very much need O365 to support nested O365 groups.
It will reduce the no. of groups to be created in the org as well as will reduce the complexity of adding 100 of users manually to O365 groups.
Can you please tell us more on the end user scenario you are trying to solve?

I am unsure if the linked https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/286611-office-365-groups/suggestions/10114956-be-able-to-nest-groups-like-distribution-groups is covering this, but I have the same issue:
- RBAC (role based access control) in place based on active directory groups
(User --> isMemberOf(ROLE-GROUP) --> isMemberOf(someAccessGroup)
- synchronizing thouse groups into Azure AD
I can assign that "someAccessGroup" as Owner or User of Azure / O365 stuff, e.g. enterprise application access control, but it will not work as long as the user is not directly member of that "someAccessGroup".
Managing direct group membership in all groups is really a mess when your organisation grows and you want to have some standardization (e.g. due to compliance).
