How can we improve Microsoft 365 Groups?

Add a "Groups" icon to the Office 365 menu

I would like to be able to click the Office 365 menu (the "waffle") and choose "Groups".

    yes, I hate having to go into mail to get to groups. There is so much in groups now it needs it's own waffle icon
