Recover / restore deleted files Office 365 groups
There are similar threads about restoring deleted Office groups, but this suggestion is about deleted files in a Office 365 group.
As I understand it a deleted file is only visible in the recycle bin belonging to the user that actually deleted the file. Only the user who deleted the file will be able to recover/restore the file.
I would like the Office 365 groups recycle bin to function as a shared "folder" among the group members, or - at least - with the group owner. Someone else than the user that deleted the file should be able to recover/restore the file.

For content stored on the SharePoint site, Team\Group owners should be able to go into the recycle bin that will display what they themselves deleted. For them to see what other people deleted, they should click the link at the bottom of the page saying "Second Stage Recycle Bin." That will show them all deleted items including content deleted by others.
