Save Email to Group Folder
Today, I receive a LOT of project email to my own email address, and I store it in my own Outlook project folder. Unfortunately, that keeps it completely separate from the group. Now I KNOW I can forward a copy of the email to the group email address. OR, I can attach it to OneNote (which is what I'm doing right now). Why not give me the opportunity to save it directly to the Group's folder, which would store it with the Group conversations, and alert those subscribed that something important to the project has just come in. That would be so clean.
Any update on this functionality?

Would it work to use this workaround?
In the Outlook Web App on O365, add a shared folder for the Group you are using, and then you can drag and drop the emails from your Outlook project folder to the Group inbox.
It's not perfect for sure, but it saved me a ton of forwarding of our own emails.
Don DeCarlo, please help., I purchased your add-in, with the following error immediately greeting me "Code: InvalidAuthenticationToken Message: Bearer access token is empty. Inner error". What is going on?
I completely agree. I am finding this whole group thing a bit useless without this function. There seems to be no purpose in having an email for the group if no one can see it in the group site. I send all kinds of info to the group email but only when in outlook do I see these emails. I go to the group site and I do not see any of the emails, only conversations, folders etc.

We offer an addin to Outlook that allows you to right click an email and send it to the group.
We also are happy to change the addin for you to meet your exact requirement.
+1 for separate folder for emails

This same feature would be huge for us, the only thing that would make it even better is having a separate "email" folder for shared email, which is separate from the group conversations. Right now we're having to cc everyone on a project team on everything, and use Shared Folders or Public Folders to consolidate everyone's email on a project. Please make this happen!
