Please include resolution steps or instructions in the error message dialog to address the error. I encountered the following error message when trying to assign license to user.
“You need to purchase Microsoft Azure Active Directory Premium service plan before you can assign a Azure Active Directory Premium P2 license.”
However, there was no link to web page or instructions. I didn’t have an idea how I would address this problem, so I called for support. It would be great if the message dialog contains link to the documentation or resolution steps.

Tried enabled MFA via bulk update (uploaded CSV file), it show successful updated the account.
When checked all user account, only portion users account was enabled MFA.
Example, enabled 100 users via bulk update, only 80%-90% users account successful enabled, the rest still show disabled.
Had tried enabled 50 users via bulk update, it is same result.
Please help to fix this this issue.

Get-CalendarDiagnosticObjects reports should show details in the local time zone. I would like to get this report in JST. It would be great if I can choose the time zone for this.
