How can we improve the tenant admin features O365?

  1. View feature release dates

    Companies need to know when new Office 365 features will be rolled out and available.

    I'd propose an addition to the Admin dashboard to allow Office 365 company administrators to see two sets of dates:

    1. When features will be available for users with advanced access
    2. When the company will receive these features rolled out to all users

    I'd suggest these are visible as a table with one release per row, where a row shows the name of the release, a brief description and a release date. A link to a page with more information would be really useful…

  2. Office 365 ATP safe attachments policies internal organization

    Create rules for sender. to avoid the scanning for accounts in the same domain (same organization)
    e.g. I'm sending an email to my co-worker and I need to wait the scanning (for minutes) to receive the files attached.

  4. Notification status on Office 365 admin center  and 0365 Service Health are inconsistent

    Notification status on Office 365 admin center and 0365 Service Health are Inconsistent.

    Notification Publishing Time are Inconsistent on both the Places.
    The O365 Admin Center notification was published as an advisory, while the issue was a global outage. This could be misleading and could create delay in end user communication by IT.

    Reproducible steps:

    1. Click on internet Explorer
    2. Login to 0365 admin Portal https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home?rc=1#/servicehealth.
    3. With your 0365 Admin credentials
    4. You will see Incidents/ Advisories where it will shows the details of the degraded/Interrupted services.

  5. Service Health Dashboard accessible and personalized for all users

    Office 365 has a status page https://status.office365.com

    However, it only seems to be accessible for admin portal users.

    Request: make it accessible for all Office 365 users.
    After login, it shows affected services for logged in organization (including Teams, SharePoint...)

    Great examples are Azure and Azure DevOps's public status page & history:

    - https://azure.microsoft

    Azure DevOps also provides a personalized dashboard.

    Also, the RSS feed for status changes is very useful to provide alerts.

    Business case: currently, only admins can access this information, which slows down troubleshooting and causes unneeded tickets.

  7. Ensure Service Health Dashboard properly identifies affected incidents for tenant

    Ensure service health dashboard properly displays incidents that impact a tenant and that the category icon properly changes status (yellow, red) when service is impacted.

  8. Onenote trigers "Unusual external user file activity"

    When an users shares a big OneNote to an external user and the external user open's the OneNote it triggers an "Unusual external user file activity" in 365 alerts with attention high. This should not happen.

  10. Creating Service Request

    When creating service requests, it is sometimes confusing which category we should choose.
    It would be better if there is brief description of each category or we can see the list of [Symptom] on the first page.

    e.g. the customer wanted to ask questions about Powershell the other day, but could not find a proper section.

  11. Let us see at least 12 months worth of Service Health reports

    Hi,
    We need more than 30 days service health reports. In a lot of cases, it would be very useful to be able to see 13 months worth of reports or at least a date picker.

    Currently SI information is visible to tenant Administrators only.
    To reduce unnecessary call from end users, SI information should be visible to end users too.

    1. セキュリティ/コンプライアンス センターの、[検索と調査] - [コンテンツの検索] より、コンテンツ検索を実施すると、以下のメッセージ
    「タスクを実行できません。理由: No ResourceManager storage account is available in APAC to perform the action.」
    2. 検証をした結果、[Region] を指定していると、エラーが発生することを確認

  14. Text-Message Service Status Change and Maintenance Events

    Please provide a configurable option for text message, email or phone call notification of service status changes and any maintenance (planned or unplanned).

    If Admin Center is unavailable, an alternate method of notification would be valuable.

  17. Send a notification to O365/SPO when there is an incident in any part of O365

    I am proposing to add an alert me to the Admin center where the Admins of O365 will get notifications when there are incidents or Advisories. If we are notified we can let the business know what to expect.
    Microsoft messed up an update causing major issues with SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Visual Studios Access. It caused very slow response time and our users were getting error messages when trying to access SPO, OD and VS.

  20. Dashboard of tenant health and session health

    I’d like to have a suggestion that we can have a portal or something similar, which will show our live tenant health and session health. I think it will be great to check our connections to SharePoint server when issues happen.
