Please, turn off "REPLY ALL" as the default!
With the latest upgrade REPLY ALL has been elevated to the default option for responding to email. Please no. REPLY ALL is often lethal and even more often annoying in large organizations. And if you do leave it that way, at least see if the organization hosting the OFFICE 365 can default it for everyone instead of individuals having to go in and complete the action of returning the default to just REPLY (which is somewhat buried I might add)

You can change the default behavior for new mailboxes with the Get-MailboxPlan/Set-MailboxPlan
We use it all the time when migrating customers to 365

I am being asked how to send an email without the "Reply All". Does anyone know how to accomplish this? I was told it is complicated, but no one seems to know the answer.
Don Blake commented
OMG YES! Please change this! I have to run a PS script every time I create a new mailbox.

Thank you Johan and Gary. Is there an open bug report or change request for this on an official Microsoft website or forum? Google makes it easy to reportand find their product bugs. They also have fewer bugs because they don't suddenly force reply all on millions of people.. Only Microsoft would do that. Key words: hosted exchange outlook "outlook.com" office365 reply all "reply all . #replyall #epicfail

Let the administrator decide what the default should be, and allow the user to change this themselves if they wish...

This is so stupid it's hard to grasp, who on earth tought this was a good idea??!?
Jeff Girton commented
Agreed. PLEASE turn this off. At least give me the option to stop this as the default.
This is such a bad idea as the default option.
Why on earth was this set as default?!?! Stupid idea!

For the love of god, who thought this was a good idea?
