Set Booking Request option to correct default when converting standard mailbox to Resource
Currently, after converting a standard mailbox to a resource Room (or Equipment) mailbox, the Booking Request option remains set to the default value from the standard mailbox. This causes unintended/unexpected behavior, such as no confirmation email when an appointment is accepted.
Currently, I have to take the additional step when creating a Resource Room mailbox of running:
Set-CalendarProcessing -AutomateProcessing AutoAccept.
Since AutoAccept is the default value for Resource Room mailboxes, the default should change when the mailbox is converted, such as by:
Set-Mailbox -Type Room
Also we are unable to customize the acceptance email. The default one having lots of grammatical mistake . I opened a case with Microsoft for the same, but they told it wont possible. Kindly suggest...
