Prompt users to change expired password at Login (Azure Premium)
When synced users' password expire, prompt them (and force them?) to change their password at logon to Office 365 rather than just allowing sign in. (With Azure Premium / pw writeback)

Just like ignoring on prem account expiration, this is another major security issue with O365
