Send invoices as attachments
Currently when an invoice is generated, the billing/global admins receive an email that the invoice is ready to be viewed. It would be very beneficial if the actual invoice was attached in the email rather than having to login to view the invoice.
It's shocking and disappointing that such a simple feature is not available. It's a big hassle having to login each time to download the invoices and email them off to the accounts dept. You should make it easier for customers to pay you, MS.
Incredible that this still hasn't been implemented. Perhaps they don't want to remind their users of how much they're charging them every month for a service that doesn't do even the most fundamental of things?
Email addresses should be customizable for this. No sense in sending an AP invoice to a system admin. Send it directly to AP and get paid faster!
Very important for me as well! we need to store all PDFs and would be able to automate this if we got it by mail. The current process is really bad. Especially as we usually get the mail about 1 week before the pdf is available
This would be great time saver, also why can't our 3 subscriptions be on one invoice?
Dear Office 365 team, please consider enabling this feature! Thank you!

I cant believe this feature is not a default
I believe this should be a choice of the customer, does not have to be that same across the board. Some customers may be fine the way it is. But to speed up productivity attaching or snail mailing the invoices would be super helpful!
Especially if you have changed your payment method to Invoicing instead of Credit Card!!!

I found 6 posts with the same question. This has the most votes. Why make it so complicated? How can we automate our business if we still need to get our Office365 bills manually?
Would simplify our record keeping requirement, save us time and does not seem like it would be that difficult to do. It would be helpful and we would appreciate that feature.

As someone who supports 12 separate 365 accounts this is an absolute must have feature
Since this bills to my credit card I have to turn in invoices monthly to accounting. Logging in to the admin site, looking up invoice, then creating pdf, then saving, then adding to email is a waste of my time. Please just add the ability to automatically send me the invoice as a .pdf attachment every month. This is so basic. Every other company I work with can do this. Come on MSFT I know you could do this too!
We currently have 3 different domains using 365 business premium and would like the bills emailed to us every month rather then having to log in and download the PDF statements/Invoices.
If its possible to add this feature it would be much appreciated

This is my issue too.
The time involved in downloading and saving invoices is unnecessary.
Please send the invoices as a mail attachment.
