Properly delete an external users from o365
The problem is that some users receive an invitation to an email A and for some reason accept it with an email B.
Because of this, the user can't log into the site where he was invited with his email A.
I've investigated how to properly delete this user from our Sharepoint online plateform to unlink the email A and the email B in order to be able to resend a new invitation to email A.
I've proceed to the different steps explained in this KB : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3026478
And unfortunately, after all these powershell commands, the link between A and B is still visible in the people picker.
I then opened a ticket to Microsoft in order to understand and the person i was in contact with told me that the escalade team of Microsoft needs to perform some actions to remove completely an external users.
And from my point of view, it doesn't make any sense to open a new ticket each time we want to clear up an external user from our plateform.

I've run into the same issue as well as a host of related external user trouble resulting from the painful Sharepoint backend to OneDrive for Business. From the perspective of a consultant working with small businesses, Microsoft exposes too much of the underlying architecture through the UI while also not giving enough control to resolve problems like this. I understand that it may make sense to expose these components to enterprise IT teams, but it's counterproductive to much smaller teams.
