allow the ability to merge 365 accounts seamlessly
Allow two 365 accounts to be merged without having to rebuild email accounts, move files etc... just move the domain from one 365 account to another after proper verification -- or even by just calling Microsoft support

I would very much like to see this ability added at some point. It doesn't matter if it is a bit complicated to set up (even "by just calling Microsoft support" as suggested would be fine), as long as it works once set up. I work in a biggish corporation that hasn't adopted O365 and SharePoint Online yet fully, so my team has set up a "shadow team site" and bought our own subscription that we use. However, since the rest of the corporation is lagging behind without O365, we are constantly signing in and out of services! We sign in to our workstation with the corporate account, and the ability to jump between different O365 sites/apps would ease the team's daily work humongously! Also, I didn't yet mention, but our Customers also use O365 and they've of course setup their own O365 sites with their own AD accounts and given us access via a new AD account with the prefix "external", so a team member in my team might have to use 1 corporate account, 1 team account, 0-4 customer accounts daily, and every freaking time needs to sign out and in and it soon becomes a chaos that counters any possible benefits that O365 might otherwise have to offer - and thus, people fall back to the "traditional" work methods, and send those 10 megabyte Word attachments and Powerpoints in legacy email apps, and stop using O365 because of the pain of overhead work is just too much.

I bout a url that was far too long for practical purposes and since started a new Office 365 mail account. I now have two and it isn't currently possible to merge them.
Why is this not possible?
You can forward other mail EXCEPT for other Office 365 mail accounts.
That seems counter-intuitive.
Someone please help with a workaround for this.

I am changing jobs and need to use my old emails and contacts. It would be extremely helpful to seamlessly merge two accounts.

I created a personal account to use for my work but then my company upgraded to 365 and now I have documents and information in each account I'd like to combine.
As it is, it is ridiculously annoying having two separate accounts. agghhh -

I am the email administrator for a college. We generate usernames based on the student's last name, which can change. When we rename the user account in our on-premise systems, a new o365 account is created for the student and deletes the old mailbox. We need a better way to combine the email from the old account into the new account.

This seems unnecessary. Just leave them separate.

Hello, my University account will not let me utilize all of the functions of 365, so I purchased a student package and now have two accounts. Can you please allow me the ability to merge the two? Thank you!

i had a personal account for free when i bought my computer but now I have free access as a student. It's ridiculous you can't merge 2 accounts. it's useless to use onedrive as i can't be sure which account i'm saving documents to.

For me this would be one of the top 10 features. I have at least two main Microsoft accounts and it would be highly desirable to be able to merge them into a single one.

I signed up for a Microsoft login when I started using Windows 10 for work. Now, my employer has migrated from our existing email to Office365, which created a second microsoft login with the same email but different passwords. I would like to merge the two.

Especially as so many education services offer an Office subscription now, which is great, but with an existing account, how is it not possible to use this? I have important work to do, and now I'm stuck with either buying it unnecessarily, with limited funds, or spend my time trawling through feedback pages trying to fix this myself. Please fix this!!

I was at one university with a free account and now have moved to another, all my documents are stuck on the old account and I can't access with the new one. Would be great if they had a way to merge.
