Change the language for system e-mails like new user, password reset, etc.
We ran into the issue that a tenant was created with Dutch localization, but lots of the employees are from abroad and although they can all set their own language preferences to the language of their choice, it is not possible to set the language for e-mails that are sent by the admin portal. When we create a new user or reset the password for an existing user, the e-mail that the admin portal sends out, is still in Dutch. Not very convenient for people who do not speak Dutch.
We would like to have an option to change the language of these e-mails to English. It is already possible to change the language preference in the Company Profile settings, but the system e-mails do not take this setting into account.

Mr. Eekels wrote a blog entry where he mentions that changing the preferred language in the Organization profile section DOES impact the system emails: http://www.eekels.net/change-the-language-of-the-office-365-system-e-mails/
We have the same problem. Our tenant was created by our distributor with the first Office365 license bought. Now all system emails are German and it is not possilbe to change that. We are an international company with users and admins around the globe. We were told by Office365 support that it's not possible to be changed after creation. I'm really very disappointed that Microsoft doesn't feel any responsibility for that problem as Maarten already asked for that 2,5 years before!
Haha - I have the same problem. The general site is in French, but I am an English speaking admin sending to English speaking people. The emails sent when a new account is created go out in French instead of English.
I found this page now at the end of 2016 hoping for an answer!

To me, this seems to be a terrible oversight on Microsoft's part. I think this should be resolved relatively quickly.
