Allow external users to create events and edit their own events on resource mailbox. Limit view of other items to Free/Busy.
Want to allow external users to be able to create events on a shared calendar. We have a shared space and a shared conference room that my company manages and I want to allow my sub-tenants the ability to add an event on the calendar without allowing them to see details of someone else's events. I know they can send an invite to the calendar but I don't want to have to manually approve those invites.
Even if I set to "automatically approve" invites, it only auto-approves invites from internal users.
