Add a whitelist option to ATP Safe Links
In Microsoft ATP Safe links, currently you can only block specific URLs from within a message.
It would be much safer to offer an option to block * EXCEPT those url's that are in a whitelist of URLs.
This would greatly increase the security and benefit of ATP Safe links (essentially allowing an admin to block ALL email links (or the list of), excluding those that are whitelisted.
Currently there is no way to "whitelist" a set of URLs and block all.

Another reason to add a whitelist option are for false positives. Our company sent a product flyer to our employees. The URL link was rewritten by Safe Links but when people clicked on the link, it said the link was malicious (false positive). We have since added the link to not be rewritten and had to resend the email to everyone so that they can access the product flyer.
There needs to be a way to allow "false positive" links through. MS Support said to submit the URL via https://protection.office.com/reportsubmission but that'll take time for the URL to be allowed through. In the meantime, people cannot access the original URL until the submission is processed.
