Create the possibility to move tickets from O365 team to Azure for Support
I had my supplier enter an ticket about an issue we have with the whitelisting of our office IP for MFA. They entered the ticket with the O365 Team as they have no way to look into that issue they tried to move the ticket through to the Azure Support team.
That was not possible as such I had to create a new ticket for the same issue with the Azure Team. As I'm not the supplier but the Customer Admin I could not do so even with the help of Support Team O365 in India (thanks for the help anyway).
Now were a week past the time my supplier had created the ticket and now I have to go back to them to get a new ticket created. That is not really customer friendly if you have the end users burning a hole in your back waiting for a solution.
So Microsoft, you are all about Team work which is what you made Teams for. Apply this way of working to your own teams and create a great customer experience to boot!
By allowing the Teams from O365, Azure and all other Teams (if there are crossplatform functionalities in these applications as MFA is) the means to move tickets between these support groups. As an incident in one application could have an impact in the other.
