Message Approval Expiration message
today the message approval looks like this:
If the approver deletes or ignores the approval message, an expiration message is sent to the sender. This happens after two days on Exchange Online and after five days on Exchange Server. (In Exchange Server, you can change this time period.)
I would like to change this email approval to 3 days on exchange online, as the company does not work weekend, or if it is possible to change it via powershell.
Adding my vote to this as well. Why is this value able to be changed in Exchange Server but not Exchange Online, it makes no sense... Not every organization can have someone monitoring things over the weekend Microsoft, let alone holiday weekends. If you can't give us the option to change this value, then at least make it 5 days to match Exchange Server and allow us some leeway.
We need 4 days to allow for a holiday weekend as well. This is critical for our service.
4 days would be better for holiday weekends.
