Ability to drill into Call Quality Dashboard Poor Quality Calls
In Call Quality Dashboard you can see a site had a number of poor quality calls in a time period. But there's no way to see exactly WHICH calls went into that graph plot. The bottom line it's important to be able to map poor aggregate data with individual reports of poor quality. And there's no way to do that at present.
1. When you view a persons call history in Teams admin center you should be able to filter by poor ratings either using filters or clicking on the wheel graph that shows how many poor ratings the user has.
2. A report with poor teams ratings dates would be useful.
Not only the ability to drill down, but the ability to filter by specified date. The call quality in the Teams Admin Console>users>specific user>call history is exactly what I want to see. HOWEVER, after speaking with support, they advised that only calls that are directly dialed in will populate here. If the user has selected the "Join Meeting" option in a Skype meeting calendar invite, the call will not register here and she couldn't tell me where it was being registered at. ALL skype / team related calls (direct or conference) should go in that section, IMO.
