Change the rule name that is blocking email to the name instead of GUID
The rule name that is blocking an email is listed but directs you to the GUID name instead of the name of the rule. At some point this was changed because it used to list the rule name doing the blocking.
Only way to find the blocking rule because it is listed as a GUID is to go through powershell and find the transport rules then find the GUID.
Change it Back.
