Allow Partner to download Exchange Message Trace .csv of another Tenant
As a partner to our clients in 365. I can run message traces by logging into my Office365 tenant, pick a client's tenant from the partner site & open their Exchange Admin Centre, run a message trace and when its completed I cannot download the CSV. The URL doesn't factor the client tenant realm and I get HTTP400 - the URL is written as if it was coming from my tenants EAC.
You need to log into their portal as an exchange admin or GA to get the csv.

The partner "global administrator" must have ALL the functions of the real administrator of the tenant, otherwise he can not perform all the tasks and he loses all the interest of the connection with his partner account if he has to connect with the account of a real administrator and therefore know the password of this account.
