Currently, OneDrive and Sharepoint within GCC High only allows sharing with other GCC High tenant users. It is however possible to "share a link" and allow anyone with the link access to the file. There is no secure way to share a file outside the GCC High environment. This runs counter to proper security protocols by allowing everyone or nobody. This policy should be aligned with O365 to share with link validation, in the interest of security and data protection.
