How can we improve the tenant admin features O365?

Solution needs to be in resolved Service Requests

In most help desk systems, the resolution (at minimum) is included in the ticket.

The resolution field on our O365 service requests in the Admin Portal never says anything more than "This request has been resolved and closed."

Additionally, it would be helpful if service requests included troubleshooting notes or files from MS. The only notes or files we see are ones we input or upload.
