Unified inbox for outlook on Windows 10! ❤
Outlook 365 for Windows needs a unified Inbox similar to ALL other Outlook apps. For those of us with multiple email accounts. It would be very convenient to have all emails arrive in one inbox instead of clicking the whole time through all Inboxes, which consumes a lot of time.
This has to be a joke, right?
Microsoft's flagship email program for PCs is actually better on the Mac than on a PC.
Just when I was about to go back to giving Microsoft another try... NOPE.
Guess I'll stick with Google Docs and my other email program.
So very disappointing.
And here MS had a chance to win me back over.
Maybe in another few years I'll try again and maybe, just maybe, by then they'll allow for unified inbox on the PC.

outlook mac has this, why not windows?
This one feature is why I still use a mac as my primary machine. Microsoft is literally forcing me to use a mac when I would prefer a PC.
As a consultant, I have 13 email accounts. when I had a pc, I had to open up 13 inboxes every hour, open 13 sent when looking for something but could not remember which one I set it as etc.
outlook is unusable as it is for anyone with multiple mailboxes.
I can only assume that everyone who works for microsoft only has one email address.
OK so here is the 50th comment...

I was shocked that my iOS Outlook and Outlook for Mac support a unified inbox, but not the flagship Windows version. Why?!
I really need this feature or I'll have to go back to the web apps.
Thanks for listening
I find it maddening that this is available on my android phone and my ipad, yet it is not possible on the desktop program. This is especially annoying as our company pay for the privilege.

I raised a ticket recently to see if some action would be taken. The base support guy was great and managed to reach out to developers etc. Unified inbox is on the pad although not considered urgent and as is the case with all corporate firms, on the pad means it keeps getting pushed back due to more urgent things that arise. If feedback gets over 50 comments and 1,000 votes that will automatically increase priority
As tech guy I find this very frustrating....
I gave up and started using em client. (not at alla expensive)
Microsoft seems to still believe most people have one email for work. Nooo we don't.
And as an entrepreneur and freelancer I have many!
The same old thought of one workplace one employer is visible in the whole office 365.
Have to say the same as many others.
Its 2019 - the way we work has changed since 2000.
Make it consistent with every other Outlook on every other platform! It is 2019.

this situation is forcing outlook user to go to competing alternative software packages., including me!
Even the Android ms Outlook has it and it’s so convenient... I use several mail accounts like many of us. But somehow I guess it’s not so simple due to a windows limitation, otherwise it makes absolutely no sense to not at least give us the option when outlook on all other platforms and mobile devices already has this built in.
YES I TOO NEED UNIFIED BOXES IN OUTLOOK PC APP. EVERY E-MAIL APP ON THE PLANET HAS UNIFIED BOXES AND MANY ARE ALSO FREE. JUST DONT GET IT!

There have been so many requests on this site, online as ticket requests and through so many forums and never any feedback from Microsoft. Off to GSuite we go!
is this possible in Outlook 2019 local program without having to create rules?
Microsoft is deaf.
How can this not be an option? I'm speechless! :(

This needs to be a feature immediatly. This is preventing me from migrating over 170 users to the windows version of O365.

This is really needed. I'm using three office365 tenants for different companies I work for (not pointing the number of shared mailboxes), outlook gives me no ability to quickly overlook new incoming messages without scrolling the list of accounts. Please put this request high on the list to be developed. I am willing to test in the pilot/beta
I'm using outlook from office 365. For all of my POP emails I made brand new pst file (file>Account settings> Account settings>Email - click on one of the POP account > change folder > New Outlook Data file - set inbox of this as New email delivery location. Set the same for other accounts). But this doeas not work for my default @outlook email.
Even on the Outlook MacOS, you can unify the inbox.
