Hi, we have recently experiencing outages for Bot services in MS Teams. We understand that its a relatively new feature, but would like to be notify if there is an outage. Speaking to MS technicians, we are aware that while MS Teams are monitored, MS Teams Bot services are not. we have heavily implemented our alerting system with MS Teams and the stability of Bot services is critical.
