Enabling/ Disabling a license should enable/ disable access to the feature
I'll start with an example: Disabling a user's SharePoint license does not prevent them from accessing SharePoint ore SharePoint resources. (Go ahead - give it a try!)
Please change the functionality of all user licenses to actually affect a user's authorization to access the licensed product. Currently (as the example above proves) you can disable a user's SharePoint license and they can still access all content for which they have security rights.
Licenses are (in part) meant to extend authorization to use or do something. For instance a user cannot access a mailbox, or install an office app or suite without the appropriate license assigned/ enabled.
The currently implemented inconsistency of application licensing providing, and preventing access to features is confusing and misleading and poses a security risk.
