External Forward in Skype for Business Autoattendant
Please provide the ability to forward Auto attendant and call queue calls to an external number.
Reasoning: If a queue is not answered within 15 seconds, we would like to forward the call to a "call answering service" or mobile phone number.
Our employees are remote workers. All that we need is an auto attendant which forwards to external phone numbers. We do not want an additional phone numbers and inboxes that they have to manage.
We just need a menu system which forwards to external phones without adding "Users" to the phone system, or one that requires minutes to be purchased.

I found a small workaround to this, create an Autoattendant with the number and direct to a Call Queue with a User or two in it or other Attendant. Convert from User to Service Number by contacting email@example.com with Number, Domain, and Convert from User to Service Number.
However a SIMPLE way to FORWARD a number would be AMAZING!!!
We have external support teams who need to be able to take calls. Having an auto attendant or queue able to call these numbers is critical to us.
We should ideally be able to purchase a call plan for an auto attendant
Each user should be able to forward any incoming call to any number they want. This feature is required by us and why we will not be staying with Skype for Business.
