OneDrive External Sharing Reporting
Provide granular reporting information for end users who have shared content externally. Who they shared with, and what was shared. This should be more of a DLP report.

Would be great if we could have similar report for SharePoint sharing data as well.

This will help drive faster adoption as administrators will feel more comfortable in opening up external sharing as keeping an eye on this is very challenging at this time.

This feature would greatly improve administration of shared files and folders.
knowing what you shared by users is critical
Agreed. Data security is very important to us and we need visibility in order to implement it. If someone is sharing a site/folder with external users (and shouldn't be), we should be able to easily find that out so that we can stop the access; currently, this doesn't exist. The audit logs contain a ton of information, which can be helpful, but not what we're specifically looking for. I'm aware that external sharing reports are in development for OneDrive, we desperately need them for SharePoint; I think any administrator would agree.
Also, on the Microsoft Office 365 UserVoice Forums, we need moderators to consolidate ideas because a lot of times the same idea gets posted and it doesn't get votes, which means Microsoft won't look at it.
Please enable external sharing reports for SharePoint.

If only you could do this on SharePoint Online too - such basic features are missing - any current audit is restricte to 3 months which is frankly useless
