Add The Ability For Administrators to Change a Skype For Business User's Outbound Caller ID
I would really like for the ability to specify Outbound Caller ID. Lacking this feature (and a few others) is preventing us from using Skype For Business to replace some of our client's current PBX platforms.
I am sure that Microsoft wants to have a larger PBX market share and hope they will soon give us the ability to request CNAM database changes in their PBX.
Cellular service providers allow clients to make these changes when logged into their web portals, so Microsoft could do the same in the admin portal.
Gawd this is so beyond LAME that Microsoft does not have the most basic functionality working yet after YEARS with their Cloud PBX product. There isn't even a point in me putting in a support ticket about this since they functionality doesn't exist. I'm going to just change to exclusively using my 3CX phone system with SipTrunk.com where these problems don't exist. And it's cheaper.

More specifically the ability to setup any name as the Outbound Caller ID, or at the very least a shortened company name and the user's name. Currently our only options are Anonymous, Service (main number), or LineUri (direct phone number).
