Log in issue after license
After we changed from E5 to Business Premium our user are unable to log into the exclusive SMB apps. It says they must have an O365 account, which they do. We have support case open with Micosoft, but no resolution. We’ve ha this problem on other customer tenants, and we were not able to resolve with support without moving to a new tenant.

Actually, this is referring to the auth process in small business apps NOT administering Office 365.Why does this always happen? Someone posts feedback and it gets misappropriated. Understandably, it isn't exactly clear from the post but since I am experiencing the same issue with the SMB apps I will try to make it clearer. I cannot log into invoicing app from my mobile phone. I have a personal account and business account that share the same email. I also switched from E5 to Business. When I try to log into invoicing it gives me an error saying that I need to use a work or school account.
