Something Went wrong error, Support Denied as it remains open for Many Days and U Can not Raise Another Support Request. Old Support Back
I raised a Support Ticket and the agent was not able to give solution for six days as he was not fit to troubleshoot. Now I Can not raise another ticket for another problem as the agent is holding on to that ticket and ingest the message engineer already assigned to me. This In my view is blatant Denial for Support. Please bring back previous or better support procedure where users should be able to generate more than one support tickets.
