enable conversation view for shared mailbox to include sent messages
It would be very beneficial to have the Conversation View show sent emails in a shared mailbox. It appears that the conversation view does not show emails from sent or any other folders in the INBOX.

Makes working in Outlook in a team withone common mailadress almost impossible - so difficult to find and "connect" mails. This only works in individual mailbox, and there it is not needed at all - nice to have, but not needed

I see this more as a bug because in orther folers of the same shared box the Conversation are working.
It only doesn't work with mail send by the delegate(the mail is throug the mail copy option of exchange also visable in de shared mailbox.
In the send folder of de delegated user the conversation includes the original mail in de inbox of the shared mail

Please add this! We just moved to a shared mailbox with a high volume of email and not having conversation is frustrating. It's very inefficient and time consuming to process the emails.

I can't believe this is not a thing.
The conversation view will take into account the personal users sent items, but that's not good enough for other users who want to see the email chain.
Please make this happen! -

It seams the last update that moved the search bar to the top has broken this feature on our outlook desktops. We have always been able to see full conversations in our shared mailbox until recently. Not being able to see replies in the shared conversations is seriously disrupting our customer support! FIX IT and while the search may work better PUT IT BACK where it was!

This has been very frustrating for us to not have this feature on a shared email that an employee and I have. SHe works part time and we both work this particular email address and have a lot of email threads. It makes it very confusing to follow because we don't have this Conversation View.

This would be so helpful. It is very inconvenient to not be able to view the sent emails and whom they were sent from without looking through the email thread. Microsoft, please add this feature to the desktop app and not only have it on your Outlook Online.

Why Microsoft, why can't you just enable these simple things to make our lives easier? This exact functionality works in Outlook Online, so why can't it be implemented in the the desktop client?

This seems so basic to implement, it works for Personal Mailboxes, why shouldn't it work for Shared Mailboxes...
I guess it's more important to change the UI of Outlook every 4 Weeks than to implement functional necessities?

Another basic function that is missing from Outlook. You push the use of shared mailboxes because you can't implement alias emails correctly in Exchange but don't follow up on the client side to fully support shared mailboxes. Would be nice if this basic functionality could be added.
