Allow delegated admins to download and view message trace reports
Allow delegated admins to download and view message trace reports. We had to do some message traces the other day that the system insisted on scheduling rather than doing them right away. When they were ready we were unable to download them. Finally MS support said try with an admin from that customer setup rather than with our global admin (we are MS Partners with delegated admin to our clients' setups). When we did it worked.
When we get the results straightaway we can see the output fine, just not when we have to wait for it to be done.
This is very convenient as it is. We have the power to work around it by creating a new admin user on that setup so it can't be to do with data protection / security. I think it is just a fault.
