ability to view service health cross tenant outages
We are a global company
Our tenant is held in the US but apparenlty it does not give us the abiltiy to view service health outages in the EU or other areas
We had a recent issue where some of our sites in the EU were down due to an 'Outlook disconnect' issue which was reported on EU tenant O365 portals, but because our tenant is held in the US we could not see it as we only can see outages for US. The crazy thing is the Microsoft support team in India had no visibility into this issue either so they reported it as 'not a microsoft issue'. It was only after escalation Microsoft confirmed the outage was reported on the EU portal. There needs to be more visibilty to view all Microsoft outages worldwide. I can't believe we are the only global company expeirencing this issue.
