How can we improve the tenant admin features O365?

Edit accessdenied.aspx in SharePoint Online

I would like to be able to edit the standard page (accessdenied.aspx) when a user don't have the rights to access a SharePoint Site !

This would be especially helpful for custom applications, so people know the right way to request access, depending on their roles.

Customization of AccessDenied page is important in order to:
    - avoid people to send access request from that page (instead of proper company procedure)
    - apply company branding to the page

We need the ability to edit this page so that we can add code to show the user who they are currently logged into Office 365 as, since many of our users have multiple Office 365 accounts.

Being able to make this page more user friendly is essential. Add branding and text at least.

We should be able to change the page for a custom one where request would be handled. At least, provide a way to hook a process start a Flow / LogicApp.

This would be extremely helpful. Even if it is a text box that we can customize the message on the page.

or a possibility to forward to another address (ex. a registration form in Microsoft Forms) that triggers a flow for adding the new user to the page..

Access Denied page is not accessible to edit! that is totally insane!!!

    Company branding.
Procedure and policies apply when someone require access.
    Instructions.

Minimal the text box to set the instructions in modify access request setting should be a rich text box!

I'm moving our on-prem SharePoint to the the Cloud. But the Access Denied page needs to be accessable for redesign... One to get my email and name off of it and also to direct users to our CSS Help Line to request access.

When does Microsoft plan on allowing SP Admins to create their own Access Denied page??
