Please do add this as we have recently had to use personal debit cards to make this payment which is not ideal or sustainable. Many thanks

Please look at escalating this upgrade - efficiencies for everyone involved cost and time.

Having no option for a direct debt payment in this day and age seems a bit ridiculous, and invoice payments is only available for over 90 licences

It is completely absurd why Microsoft only allow payment for business applications by credit card in the UK. It took me over an hour and a call to support to get to the bottom of why there is no PayPal or Direct Debit payment option. Even the support guy wasn't aware of it until he did some digging while I waited on the phone!
Come on Microsoft, stop being such a bunch of luddites!

It does seem odd that Microsoft won't accept direct debits in the UK, when they will do the equivalent in other territories. It is a nuisance to have to pay by credit card. I would probably not have recommended the use of MS Business Voice, had I known about this before we started the free trial.

It is totally ridiculous that an organisation of the size of Microsoft does not offer payments of subscriptions by Direct Debit. There is no other similar subscription that I pay where we are expected to use a credit card for payments. The lack of Direct Debits makes Microsoft look like a Mickey Mouse organisation.

Another UK charity here who would find direct debit so much easier than credit card

Direct Debit is standard across the board for subscriptions and easier to manage for all parties. This should be in place now.

Paying by card uses up our credit card spending limits each month. Direct debit will be a much easier way of paying. almost all other subscription services allow this method. It should be simpler and more efficient for MS to implement this than costly card payments.

My monthly O365 bill is £264 for E3 licences plus £18 for Exchange only licences totalling £282, just short of the £300 threshold to allow me to pay by direct debit.
Direct Debit is less expensive per transaction for Microsoft and more admin efficient for O365 users avoiding credit card expiry dates. Where is the reason for not allowing direct debit for all users? -

I could not believe that a company the size of Microsoft do not offer a direct debit option for payment.
Very few small organisations do not have credit cards, so this causes big problems. Please offer this method of payment as soon as possible. -

Get Support IT Services commented
Hello All
We're a Direct Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider. Get Support IT Services can bill for your Office 365 at the same price as Microsoft and we're happy to take payment via direct debit. You still have full access to the Microsoft O365 Admin portal, we handle your billing and support (depending on requirements support is likely to be chargeable if required). Feel free to give me, James, a call on 01865594000 for more details.

I have about 300 seats spread across multiple clients whom I would migrate to Office 365 Business if Direct Debit was available in the UK - that's between £10,000 and £30,000 per annum depending on the packages required. I guess Google GSuite will have to do the job instead.

Exactly, not allowing payment by direct debit is not acceptable. We do not have a credit card for the Association.
