Make it possible to prevent end users from changing themes and colour i Office 365. As for now users can change colour and themes, and taht effects SharePoint Online. Please build in a soloutin where admins can turn this feature off

This is possible in 2020. Go to Office365 admin center > Settings > Org settings > organizational profile > custom themes and select the option "Prevent users from overriding their theme"

I see that it is possible for admins to remove the ability for users to change their themes by using Set-SPOHideDefaultTHemes. But this only affects modern sites.
There are still a lot of classic sites out there and we need to be able to disable user-controlled theming for these as well. -

if the colour schemes available were any good then end users would not need to change them. End users have to look at the very limited choices on offer. There are numerous complaints on here about this yet nothing seems to be being done.
