Expand Email Activity Report to Include Shared Mailboxes
Currently, the Email Activity Report only presents data for user mailboxes. Expanding this report so that it could include shared mailbox types would be great, as we use shared mailboxes for "contact us" and "support@" mailboxes for may of our customers. Being able to show email volume for these mailboxes over specific date / time ranges would be a great help!

Absolute must for companies. Many use shared inboxes to provide customer support. Not being able to analyze this makes it really hard to monitor these kind of departments.

This is a MUST! Very important metric for me too. Shared Mailboxes should be included in these metrics.

Echoing the earlier comments plus reporting on shared mailboxes is if anything more important to the business than stats for individual user mailboxes. Support@ Info@ Sales@ etc. stats are vital for tracking business activity and KPIs.

Unable to produce email activity report on shared mailbox is very disappointing, even when you see this issues has been raised with MS already back in 2016. This feature will allow us to have visibility into the emails coming in on a 30, 90 120 days and will be very useful to have same visibility on Shared Mailboxes as for user mailboxes. Some work around given us to reports on all mailboxes, but don’t give you the total count over a period, but instead reports daily on mailboxes and up to yourself to pull the data together for 30/90/180 days. Very poor indeed and hope something can be done here as I’ve been receiving very bad/poor support and customer service from Microsoft….. Very unhappy customer

We are looking to have some statistics on our shared mailboxes for business related activities. If we can easily get the number of emails a particular mailbox send/receive, that would be great. It would also help us if we can generate a report daily, weekly, monthly, every 3 months or 6 months.

Given the change in Shared Mailbox Pricing with respect to size limitations. It's not practical to have the global Admin run a daily report; the task is better suited for the Billing administrator team.

Sim, nunca uma versão do Exchange disponibilizou, um relatorio com o tamanho das caixas de correio ou o tamanho das caixas compartilhadas, o office365 poderia oferecer esse recurso.

Yes, a version of Exchange has never provided a report with the size of mailboxes or the size of shared mailboxes, office365 could offer this feature. -

The Email Activity Report must include the shared mailbox data otherwise the report is incomplete
