Meeting room usage statistics and reports
We have around 75 meeting rooms. We would really appreciate if we could have some sort of report on how often the rooms are used (frequency), how many are using them etc. Our needs are in the context of "how should we shape the meeting rooms in the future, should we build more in one location, and close down some in another location and so on".
Sure we could pull with PS, but not everyone has programming resources available to them. Why not have a WYSIWYG user interface to generate reports?

This feature is so darn important to optimize the room utilization - I am surprised that its missing.
Is the WIP and we should look forward to have this soon in the coming days / months ?
We host philanthropic events in our meeting rooms and would love to be able to generate a report for usage statistics to get a better feel for how our rooms are being utilized.
Being able to review, track, and analyse room usage is unbelievably invaluable. Am a tad surprised that it's not readily available.
Hi, We would also like to have usage and statistics of Meeting rooms. This is critical to understand utilization of meeting rooms, how many were booked in a month/week/day and No of attendees per room.

Appreciate if there is some reporting on the rooms and resources in O365 tenant.

We have around 40 rooms and looking for the usage pattern both from user and meeting room perspective. This would help us in finding double booking, low usage days, high usage days, low usage time and high usage time.

Is there any movement on this? We need a report on meeting room utilization, too. Still seems to be impossible to get a report showing this data. Anyone have PowerShell script to do this?
We also would like some what to get stats on meeting room utilisation. Our facilities guys are requesting this and we are investigating the options but they seem limited at this stage of the investigations

yes, i would also like to have report for meeting rooms. That would mention how many were booked, total number of meetings may be monthly or weekly, total attendees, average attendee per meeting room, duration, average duration.
This is something everyone wants to know about the usage and statistics of Meeting rooms.

60 meeting rooms, 50 of them have LRS and we would also love this type of reporting

I would love to see this capability. So often are we asked as admin if there is away of finding out usage rate with resources spread across our organization.

We have about 150+ resources and there's no easy way to get statistics about their usage.
We have less meeting rooms but we also need to know how many hours each user (email address) use the meeting rooms.
A report the will show all email addresses tha have reserved any of our meeting room and the related number of reserved hours for all meeting room (with date/time filter) is enough.
